How long before I can ask for the same free request?

I've asked for assistance in the free request section. A person has been kind enough to try to help out, but really I'm not satisfied with the result. How much time should pass before I ask again? The reason I'm asking on the free request section is due to the fact that I'm uploading these pictures on Wikipedia, not for my personal scope. Otherwise, I would pay without any problem.

So, just to be clear, even if 1 year passes, I'm not allowed to ask again in the free section?
