hell guys
I was trying to make a icon by following tutorial on this link

and it was pretty easy until the last part of it.

The author of the tut. said it's not main part of the tutorial but it's just to
make the icon(or button) look a little more crisp. So I tried but I don't
think I know I was doing . It's just burning the icon around the edge of the
curve I've made but using "burn tool" wasn't easy as the author did! And here's icon
that i made so far .. and the icon author made.

well .. that doesn't look so good when i put it together :frown:
anyway, would someone please help me out making the icon
above to look like the icon below?

thanks

Welcome. Looks darn good to me. If you like, send me the link for the tutorial in a PM and I'll look at it. But, ya know, the Lizad has it down. I just want to see if I can make one, lol.

exactly what is thought. But as i said it wasn't that easy .. maybe it's just for me cuz i'm not a professional or cuz i just started photoshop :/ gotta have to try again later.

I think your almost there..... lower the pressure of the burn tool and use it on your image gradually. Slowly you will get it to look like author's image.

thanks! it's weird that whenver i try to reply with quote with my ipad, it shuts my safari down and other broswers.
