How this effect is called and how i can do it?

Hi there, my first post here.

I need to do this effect, but i can't make it. I tried to google it with tags like "one color photo" "color burn photo" and nothing, but i can't find any tutorials.

The effect is this:




I know that is not just to apply a color burn blending option. It seems more complicated than that.

To me it looks like the photo itself is just inverted and the text is just text. Text, may just be adverted also

Mmmm not sure. But my question it for the photo effect only. Not the text.

Any steps that how i can get to this result would be great.

On a Mac I do command plus the letter I to invert an image not sure on PC maybe alt plus the letter I

Yeah i get it.
But how i do that with a color that i want, for example, what if i want that the same photo effect, but with yellow, orange, blue, etc?
