Hi everyone i am new to this forum & new to use Photoshop also , i want to know how to color the image shown below , thanks in advance

add a hue saturation adjustment layer check the colourise box and move the sliders towards blue. at the bottom right under the layers panel you will see a black and white peace looking symbol click that and select hue saturation. alternatively if you dont know how to use adjustment layer go to image > adjustments> hue\sat and click the colourise boix and move the sliders to blue.

Welcome to the forum Daelim.

I recommend you make a habit of duplicating your original layer or create a new document as agentmoeller suggests. You can get down the road with an image, saving as you go, then get to point where you want to revert, but you have run out of history stages, and you have to go hunting for that original again. Or you want to use some element from the original photo and it is a lot easier to have it hiding there than go searching. And welcome to Photoshop too.
