How to create blood writing effect?

Hello.
There are many YouTube vids on how to create Blood Text Effects and Painting or Drawing Blood Effects.
However, if you are looking to accurately re-create the photo below that was not created in Photoshop, It may take considerable effort to duplicate the multitude of intricacies of contrast and texture. For this you will need to use the Brush Tool with multiple brushes, brush settings, and a lot of skill and patience. It may be faster to just finger paint your message on white illustration board with some acrylic paint diluted to the consistency of blood and then take a photo.
