How to Fill a Photo Shape/Outline With Text in Photoshop?

Anyone know how to use text to fill a shape or picture with text?

Here is an example of what I am looking for:

Would appreciate any tips or suggestions on what plugin or action can do this.

By the way, how did you get a video in your post?

Nevermind I found it, for anyone else who wants to know:

To embed a video in your post just use the icon that looks like a filmstrip above the message box. Duh...
 
First thought would be to do what the video above suggested and just make a brush with randomly placed letters on it then trace your image path with the pen tool, then start adding layers and stroke them by direction.

Tried it and it seems like it would be a lot of work. Maybe you could define patterns and just fill in pen'd shapes like pupils and hair, hats, etc.
