How to install new lenguages?

Recently I installed CS5, but i want to add more languages to the Photoshop/illustrator, but I don't know how...

I try ed downloading a package which contains tons of languages, but I don't know if is a bad package or if is just that I have no idea where to put it.

Could someone please help me out? I know it might be a very simple question, but I have no idea how to go about this problem

I tried that page already, it says that

"The file item is no longer available due to a claim of Business Software Alliance"

So... maybe is leading me to a different link.... or something else?
