How to make a person's mouth close without showing the teeth?

Please help. I want the picture doesn't show the teeth. Is there a way? Thanks.

no seriously there are many way especially with that size image

I just did in about two minutes using the patch tool are you familiar with Photoshop
It took me longer to add that picture to the edited post then it did to fix the lips
