How to make a picture like this?

How do I go about making a picture like this? With text making up the shape of a person? I've used clipping masks before to clip text to a shape, but this seems like it is much more complex.

I know I can't get a full tutorial or anything, but could someone just tell me the methods they'd use to get this result?

That's called typography. There's a link to a tute here somewhere..... couldn't find it at the moment..... Ill post later when I find it.

In a way, it's actually easy. The tutorial is in front of you...
