How to make a realistic shadow !? (RESOLVED)

Hello guys,this is my first post in your community , and i'll hope that it will be a start of my 10000 posts march .. :mrgreen:anyway, i have a little problem that caused my project to be stoped :banghead:, i need to make a realistic shadow for a strip (for adresse in a business card) just like this one pointed in this image below : so the white strip looks like it pass underneath the green one !!

thanks data flow ... but it needs some more effect to look like a real shadow , the effect that i need didn't come close to what you did in the video, but i really appreciate your effort, thanks maan ..

What data showed you is actually what your looking for, all you need to do is apply your letters or cards or what ever it is your trying to apply the shadows to.

Actually it worked ... very nicely done ..
i just used DataFlow method to do it in my way and it's look pretty good .. thank DataFlow again ...
