thats not as hard as you think just look under custom shapes and you should see at least 1 like that or failing that download some extra 1s for example these http://www.shapes4free.com/photoshop-custom-shapes/sunburst-photoshop-custom-shapes/

If you correctly downloaded those custom shapes, then they can be accessed in the custom shapes tool, which is located in the same spot as the line tool.
