hey does anyone know how i can make this image look more professional, From your point of view what do you suggest to fix with this image and how. thankyou

I would have presented the whole face including the outer face, instead of fading parts away
 
yeah basically the web developers made a fixed background which i can drag and drop the images into. The noise in the picture really bugs me. i already did the reduce noise on photoshop but i feel like it still has alot.
