How to reselect an old lasso ?

Ok second question of the night . I used the lasso tool to quickly block in some mountain shapes . Just been messing about sorting out some new brushes and now I don't know how to reselect those mountains so that I am only blocking them in with the colour I want.

Basically is there a way to reselect something drawn out with a lasso?

Yes, as long as you still have the selected (mountain) layer you made with the Lasso Tool.
Place your cursor on the mountain layers thumbnail in the layers panel, hold command/control and click.
