Hello everybody, I'm trying to sort out how the vintage look on this pic has been achieved. Probably it's a very simple color retouch but I can't even get close to it.

Yes ... colour of choice overlay with grain added (?) As an example, I used a photo from the web, set it behind the subject and matched the colours and grain of the original.

Not a command. Instead, use a colour sampler tool to select whichever colour you like, place a blank layer overtop in Colour Mode and fill that layer with that selected colour. Now you can alter the opacity and/or remove the colour from any area with a mask.
