I am looking to recreate this as a signature. The guy who made the avatar went AFK without doing his sig. That was days ago.

How would I achieve the star effect in the BG?

Thanks, God only knows why I didn't think of that lol. The problem I am now having is that it jumps when starting the animation from the beginning. Here is an example for you so you can see what I mean (I will be adding stroke and contour to the text).
