I need help with this.

im trying to make my friend a picture like this for her birthday since i dont have money to get her anything real:



i have a B&W photo of her that seems like itd work well. i know how to do the animation but i cannot figure out how to delete the t-shirt area w\o going into paint and spending hours deleting the area. its just not working out.

can anyone delete the t-shirt area of the photo for me (if i PM it to them)?? i can do the rest myself, i think.

her bday is Jan 12..
