Specific I need text for a group project

Hello I would need a easy task for school(for free tho)
i'll just need to have this image on the top layer saying "la musique à fond" and "fond" in a bloody text(it's french)
and in the bottom layer saying "tue(tue in blood)nos oreilles"

What do you mean by "top layer" and "bottom layer"? You mean just placed one under the other?
