HI you guys. I found your forum by googling..and apparently you guys are good with Photoshop, because I'm not!! Actually, Im not very good with images at all, and not very artistic! However I am trying to do our website, and I have it looking pretty good. The template I got came with a .png logo file that I like the look/feel of..This is what the image looks like: logo.png I would like to retain all the colors and attributes, however I want the text to say "Platinum Transportation" in the grey, and "Services" in the purple. For the text underneath it, I would just like it to say LLCThe 2nd image I have, I just want to change the blue in the image to purple. (HTML color code 7532A9)This is the 2nd image... skyscraper.jpgThanks ahead of time for any help you guys can offer. It seems like it would be easy, I just have no clue where to start. I can send you a direct link to the full size image if you can edit it for me.. Im just not able to post a link in this post.Thanks!!!
 
Hi Dilly, welcome to the forum.

What you are asking is fairly simple. If you could provide the name of a font that would be cool. But it's not necessary as most members have a good selection of fonts and can find a similar or the same one. And just to be clear, the blue is sky outside the circle, not the moon shape which is a kind of blue, but more blue green.

I'd have a go myself, but it is bedtime for me :mrgreen: I'll check and see how it's coming along for you tomorrow.

Obviously a few issues when doing this; the length of the title is too long for it to have the same effect
and the font costs $26 so I used a different one.
 
Thank you so much for your help! The skyline picture looks to be perfect. I am having a little trouble with the name part though. When I plugged it into my HTML, it looks like theres a background behind the letters that make it look kind of funny. I'll put up 2 pics.. 1 of what the template logo looked like, and then another when I tried to put this new one in there.

Stuff could redo it as a png or someone else could remake it for you. From your example, though you did say png, it wasn't clear what BG. But he can save it as a png (assuming he saved it) in about 3 secs time if you can wait. If not ... let us know. He did a great job. Thanks Stufflol.

Incidentally do you want all lower case or does it matter?

All lowercase would be ideal. Sorry, im not good with this stuff.. I didnt realize the background was transparent. He did do a great job, I am already ahead of where I thought I'd be. Thanks again!!
 
I just noticed one other thing. Would it be possible to align the "LLC" to the very right of "Services", instead of to the left of it?

Make sure you click the image first then save it or you will get a white background still
