When I try to soft proof an image, I get an error message "Could not complete the Proof Colors command because the ICC profile is invalid", but this occurs even before I am able to choose an ICC profile. I have checked the appropriate file and see that the ICC profiles are, in fact, there.
I am running Windows 7x64 and CS5.
For some time I was able to view images and print successfully. Then, about a week ago my prints started coming out much too light, although at the time I was able to soft proof my images. I troubleshot the problem and thought the problem was with the ICC profile. Now, today, I cannot even soft proof.
What could be my problem?
