iPhone app screen - need urgent help

I need to save app screen for iPhone as a separate .png files. I have some radial buttons and drop-down menus on the screen. I would like to know whether should I save the titles (on this example, the title is Option1, Option2, Setting) separately, or should I save all of these as one file (the first title and the first button, all together in one .png file)?

As far as I know you can't save them both separately unless you take a screenshot and then divide up into two separate images
