Is it ok to show work completed through a tutorial?

I've been working through some great tutorials online and was wondering if it was OK to show the finished products on the forum?
Obviously the concept, composition and everything about the pieces are someone else's work and I have just followed the steps making a few very minor changes if I needed or wanted to.
I would, of course, give credit and a link to the original tutorial and then someone else my find them useful?

I'm probably the most critical of the mods when it comes to flagging copyright issues. As far as I am concerned, and as long as someone does what you just said, I have absolutely no problem with posting such images. Doing so certainly beats people who have come through here and have put their own watermark on other people's work, ask us to falsify legal or more casual forms of identification, tried to take credit for tutorials made by other people, etc. ::groan::

I would love to see what you have. Thanks for asking.

Hey Stacy, all tutorials with provided reference materials are posted to the internet with the expectation that it will be followed by it's viewers who will produce exact and or similar results which might eventually be uploaded to the net.
Providing credit and a link is a proper and standard practice that's losing ground in these times. I find it admirable for you to offer and would like to thank you in advance for doing so.

Posting your finished products is not only OK, it's encouraged!

I can't wait to see them!
