Yeah, I think that I have to agree that this is definitely a 3D creation (perhaps reworked in PS)... [confused] But, I agree with Mark that it can be closely (dependent on knowledge and skills of the creator) reproduced in PS.

Hmmm... food for thought... experimentation... I would love to 'try' at least.
