Is this site experiencing technical difficulties?

I've only joined this site recently, but over the last 48 hours so many times when I try to browse this site it says "Connecting" in the bottom left hand corner. Then I get a screen which says
This site can’t be reached
www.photoshopgurus.com took too long to respond.

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Believe it or not this actually happened 3 times while trying to post this message. However going to Youtube or Google loads just fine, no problems. I'm using Windows 7 with Chrome.

Since we switched from VBulletin to XenForo we do experience some time-outs.
This has been reported to @admin so be patient please.
