I've tried, And Failed, Can Anyone Please Help?

So, I've tried and tried, but for the life of me I can't get to grips with it. I'm trying to 'shrink' my car, although I just can't seem to do it. I don't suppose anyone would be able to have a bash at it for me please?

Maybe it would be easier if you picked another image as a background, then copied our car, and pasted it over the layer of the new background. This way, you could shrink your car's layer without affecting anything else in the image. I hope I was clear
