Just a note to let you know I have reopened my website. My juke box has almost eighty songs...mostly from the 40's, as in 'Big Band' music. Here's the link if you'd care to check it out:

http://glewis.us/v7th_Recon/jukeboxlabeled1.htm

The website itself is a support site for a WWII game. Here's the link to the home page if you would like to see it too:

I also have a Life Magazine article that I scanned from 1966 regarding a shipboard fire we suffered while I was stationed on the USS Oriskany. Here's the link if you want to read the article:

I see you used MS Frontpage 2003. Most servers don't have the extensions yet, hence the reason your guest book can't be used yet. That's because the extension used to manage a database (for this type of page) isn't present yet!

No big, just thought I'd let you know why.

Nice site -- I'm a WWII freak myself!! :perfect: 8))

Actually, I use FP 2002. I assume you tried to post a comment at the Guest Page and got an error? I did a test 'comment' and it accepted it...and one other person has left me a comment also.

Maybe the extensions on my ISP are intermittent. Thanks for the heads up and I'll have to look into what the problem might be.

Glad you liked my site.

Edit I just confirmed you are correct \:] It was working earlier. [confused]

Hey Doc,

Who is your host? Yahoo, Tripod or ...? If it's yahoo, then it should run for you. They have FP2002 server extensions up and running -- they are currently trying to get the FP2003 server extensions installed. I use Yahoo as my host, and I use FP Pro 2003.

Duh... ;\ It appears my site can be reached with or without the www. in the URL address. By accessing without the w's, the guest page works (I think). :\ I've updated the links in my original posts.

At least I learned something today...oh, and it's a Yahoo account. 2 gb of webspace for $11.95 per mo. :)

hey doc, that seemed to do the trick!

BTW, Yahoo! does have the FP 2002 server extensions running! They are supposed to be getting the FP 2003 sometime soon -- when? \:] [confused] don't know!

BTW, I use Yahoo! as well, same account size as you!
