Hi Satis:
The boy was quite blurry - only so much you can sharpen. So cropped the image, sharpened the boy, blurred back and darkened the area behind him. Ended up with a 5.5in X 7.5in image at 300 ppi (original was lo-res at 72 ppi). This should yield a decent print at the smaller size you wanted. Let me know if this works for you.
