Kind of embarrassed I need help for this :S lol

sorry serious newbie here I would like to color this to an orange but have no idea how :S:S

Create a new layer above it and fill it with the paint bucket tool to a darker orange than you want

set that layer blending mode to overlay, or softlight etc play with the modes to see what works best.

I'm trying to make a welding logo for a friend, kind of promised him it even though I'm not to good with photoshop :S trying my best though.

Would someone be able to help if I gave some details on what he wanted?

Like I said it would be greatly appreciated

I like the logo to look like the "raging bull" logo. And by that I mean how it all goes together, the image and the text. I like how the text is underlined and stuff, and connects to the image.
If someone could take the raging bull logo, substitute the image for the one above (in orange), replace "raging bull" with Ginger Beef, replace "cricket wear for kids" with "B-Pressure, pipeline & custom fabrication: 780 219 WELD"
and then add some welding related things, like a cutting torch or a welding rod in his hand. sparks, a ground clamp on a letter or something, whatever lol.

I'm really struggling to do it but I know you guys are far more talented that me just after browsing the forums for a while lol so any attempt at what I would need would be amazing

It's a Dennis Crow/ChromaCo vector/jpeg image that can be licensed from most canned stock sites.

I've been messing around with it but still not looking good

The raging bull font in the logo is that a font I would be able to get somewhere?

If anyone can have a go at what I need like an effort and send me the psd I could break it down and learn from it, would be really helpful

I am about to go to bed so I will have a go when I wake up, Do you know what colour you want the writing to be.

Here I did a quick one the colours and font at the bottom can easily be changed.

I tried adding the lines to blend the image and text and an effect which I'm not to sure looks to good :S lol




Eventually I would like him to look like a welder holding a maybe a welding torch which looks like its melting the G, is that possible??
