Specific LED lamp on a shelf

Hi everyone,

I'm a complete beginner to photoshop but trying everyday to learn, step by step

I'm facing an issue while trying to add this LED lamp to this image. I would like to have the lamp on the right side by the window, on top of the small shelf - on the right of the small hippo (closest to us).

Since the LED light is kind of bright and there is a need for some rotation with the cloud so it's quite complicated for myself.

Here's an attempt at modifying the perspective a bit. I just separated the astronaut from the cloud, then used a whole lot of Liquify and Puppet Warp. Still not a perfect fit for the scene, but it is certainly closer than before.
