Georgi, I may understand the general concept of what you want, but we don't know exactly what you want.

The first image in my previous post (#3) is just a random image.

The second image in my previous post (#3) is a new layer with a set of two white rectangles with a lowered opacity level.

The third image in my previous post (#3) is layer of simple text.

Which of these three are you asking about?

We also realize that your native language may not be English, but we all agree that no matter what language you speak, one is expected to have some manners. Be polite and courteous. Try using a please and thank you. Whether it's your intention or not, all you have manged so far is demands.
 
IamSam, sorry, im from Bulgaria and my english is not verry stable.

I want overlay, thats what i mean is this:

with other style, like this:

(only top and bottom effect, i need the same or verry similar)

I need to be put in map images like this:

(to got the effect) like http://lan-servers.com/lgsl/server-1.png

Georgie Porgie, you appear to be missing the request from us that you post your desire in words that would make people pleased to help you.
 
BTW, in order to do what you are asking, it would help if you provide the image. At least provide the dimensions. We can't make you something usable unless we know what size it should be. Along with your politely worded request of course!
