Specific Making the background more natural (jellyfish in an aquarium)

Hello,

I took some pics of jellyfish inside an aquarium in a zoo. As you can clearly see the "window" was dirty.

Any chance something can be done to clean up and make it look more natural?

I know it's a tough job. If stuff needs to be removed in the background I am fine with that.
