Specific Making the beach people free

I'd like to remove the people that are in the beach besides me please. Also, if you can change up the contrast a bit and make me a tad more visable that would be great

I tried this once and then realised I’d made a big mess on one side, so I’m afraid I ended up just cropping it, but, here’s my attempt.

The picture is fairly low quality, so it can only be brightened to a certain extend. Cropped slightly because i had to straighten the horizon
