Specific Man on the beach

Would some lovely soul be able to help me Photoshop the man on the beach (top left) out of my photo?

There's a sunbathers whose legs are hidden by the man. I had to hide the sunbathers leg area by placing the beach umbrella in front of him because I could not recreate the legs of the sunbather. So I have uploaded one picture where the Umbrella hides the legs and one where it doesn't.
