Specific Many Markings On Image To Remove

Would like to print a 11x14 of this image, need dots of the image removed. They appear on the roof of the barn and the shed in the background also. thanks.

I gave the cleanup a shot. Hope you can use the results. Note that the image is currently a 14x9 ratio, so to print at 14x11 the image will likely have to be cropped down.
