Ya, welcome back, Ron. Haven't been around much, myself.

Really like that effect. Please post a tute. 'til then I'll give it a stab by experimenting. It'll be nice to get back to some playing with graphics.
 
I like it. Another tip, once you,ve converted to line, you can apply color, grad and or style to the line for an even more subtle or dramatic effect. Play around with it. ;)

playin around with this technique. Look around at it, you'll see some interesting things going on especially with the lighting effects and color transitions. It's done using multiple layers of the line conversion in different colors and dragging the grad. eraser.
 
Whoa, where have I been... Thats too cool, ron! Nice plug-in and I love the effect.
