Specific Minor adjustments

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me fix my hair (especially getting rid of the yellow strands) and make my eyes look less "spaced out" (sort of looks like I'm on drugs, or just a little crazy).
Any other personal adjustments that you want to make are welcome

Removed Bottle, changed reflection on the forehead, cheeks, under eyes to remove that tired look, fixed the 'lower compartment' but copied the good work of @carlbush for hair. How did you approach the hair, @carlbush?

Here is my try at it. Eyes are tough to do so not sure its good enough though.

As the corrections have been previously well made, I went a few more steps; i.e. his belt line and the section of the pants below; a slight smile; reduced the colour casting from the BG.
