I've just switched to a Mac from Windows, I'm using CS3 and in Photoshop on Windows there was an easy option in the Layers pallette where I could toggle through the blending options by using the down arrow key which also showed a live preview of the "blend".

I can't seem to activate this on the Mac version - is it possible?

Thanks

Shift + and shift - will cycle blending modes on any tool. With the move tool activated, it cycles blending modes on the selected layer (with brushes and the like it cycles blending modes for the tool.

Not 100% sure if this works on CS3, but that is how it used to work, and it shouldn't have changed.
