Specific More vibrance from washed out slide scan

I have attached an old wedding picture that I have scanned in from a 35mm slide. I have done my best to improve it, getting rid of scratches/dust etc. But im struggling to give the picture some colour, nothing over the top just make it a little more colourful and vibrant. Any improvements would me very very welcome.

*Did a 2nd edit to repair the areas under the bride's eyes and under nose...
