My Before and After series 8 (Recoloring B & W)

I used for this photo a new technique
1. Duplicate the original photo by Ctrl + J
2. Create a new layer
3. Set the blending mode to "Color"
4. Chose the preferred color
5. Use the bucket tool
6. Fill the new layer with the chosen color
7. Go to Layer>layer mask>hide all
8. With a soft brush start painting on the desired part of the photo.
9. Continue the procedure from 2 - 8 until you finish the whole photo

That's it

I cant resist, i love doing these.

I started by finding some references for color, then got into cutting masks and creating layer groups for each element. Then i just filled up those groups with levels, curves, hue/sat, selective color. did the blending with layer masks and the "blend if" sliders in layer style.
