I am new to photoshop and need any help I can get with this. I want to put the choker necklace on the woman with a bare neck and I'd like it to look as natural as possible. Thank you to everyone who can offer any assistance!

- The first thing to do is select and mask the choker in the first image.
In this case it is imperial to work very precise and then the only suitable tool is the pen tool which in my eyes is the most important selection tool.
See how to do this:
Pen tool: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+pen+tool
Select and mask: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+select+and+mask

- Once the choker is selected you have to drag it to the second image and adapt size and position.
See how to use transform tool: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+transform+tool

- When the choker is roughly in place make adjustments using the warp and/or puppet warp tool to place it in the correct position
How to use the warp tool: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+warp+tool
And more detailed the puppet warp tool (be careful not to overdo it - it distorts): https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+puppet+warp+tool

- Finally add a layer mask and brush away the parts in the hair part on the right side. This is precise work!
How to use a layer mask: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=photoshop+use+a+layer+mask

- If needed you should add a faint shadow from the choker on the skin depending on where the light is coming from.

I should advise you that you should always use high resolution pictures to work with because the pictures you provided are tiny and therefore pixilated!
If this is of any help to you please post your result.
If you need more help please post it also.
