Specific Need exact size text

Hello.
I am in need of a text, nothing fancy,
All capital, black outline, white fill, in A4 format 10 cm this text : "Invalidnost nije nesposobnost" ; same attributes but instead of 10 cm make it 5 cm for the text: "JU Medicinska škola Bihać"
Make it multiple files if needed.
If you use a font please let me know of the name
