Thanks to all 3 of you for having genuine attempts at helping me, it means a lot! The best looking for me at the moment is dom's, however is there anyway that the difference in skin tone between the right hand and left hand side of the face can be reduced?

Adding just the eyes would be harder than to just switch the head completely. (For me anyway)
1. Took the separate head picture and matched the size of the original
2. The head was slightly smaller so I took half of the original head and placed part of the curtain over it. (content aware)
3. I then matched the noise of the original photo with the new head, colour then lighting.
4. Pixellated the new face slightly to match the rest of the photo.
5. Stamped visible then added a low opacity overlay blending mode over the top
6. Final additions, overall noise & sharpening.
^ If you wanted to try it out yourself.
All the best.
