I've been trying to use this logo to make a sticker out of it with my cricut and every time I try to it comes out looking like comic sans text in the cricut design space.. The psd is the final copy of the logo they are using. It looks good zoomed out but trying to get together the image so that it's not blotchy on the edges has been my struggle. I've been trying to make the image more crisp for like two weeks but just keep failing.

Maybe because of the resolution?
Yeah, well he just gave me this and told me to work with it. I went through "image size" and changed the resolution through there but it didn't really help me out.

If I’m not mistaken, Cricut Design Space automatically smooths out the edges on images.

How big is the actual sticker?

This is how to sharpen up the edges. This will slightly reduce the logo width but not very noticeable.

Resize your image to 1500px width x 312px height. (Larger if you want)
Click on the logo ICON in the layers palette, while holding CTRL to select it.
On the top menu, SELECT > MODIFY > CONTRACT and enter 1 pixel- Click OK.
Next, make sure you have a selection tool activated then:
Still on the top menu, click REFINE and put all settings to ZERO but make CONTRAST 100% - Click OK.
CTRL + J to copy the selection to a new layer.
This will make the selection a lot sharper.
I noted that the letters do not have the same slope angle.

I have posted the JPG with black background to show results.

True. But with the way the logo is pixelated it looks wavy
