Need help... pls help me bros..

Dear bros,

Am a newbie in photoshop.. i wanna following images (minni and baby mickeymouse) to be converted as like the mickey image.. ie., when u see the mickey image, the painting is like a 3d and it is looking real... but the babymickey mouse and minni is like cartoon and not clear.. so pls convert the babymickeymouse & minni as like the mickey image.. also pls make sure that i need the babymickeymouse & minni was also in the same color combination(orange, black etc., ) as like of mickey image..
