Need help with arc:(

I am new to yhis forum and relatively new to Photoshop

I have a problem

I have a picture that contains a circle, on the outer edge I want to make an arc, like a container where a name should be, then I want the name to be editable ant thus the arc/container has to be editable to

Well, in best of worlds I would get it done, able to use and edit and on top of that I would get it for free

Jokes aside, I have tampered with it so that I am sick of it I just want it done

Yes! Something like that The banner should be emerged (dont no if it is the right word), the upper arc should be built in the upper circle Another font, arc just a tad thicker

Then it is perfect!

So the banner can change width?
