need help with icc profile

hi guys. i have a picture from my girlfriend but i wonder if it is editted by photoshop or not:

i searched how to understand a picture is processed by an editting program and i learned that i should open picture as notepad and search in it "adobe, photo, cs6, etc..". but when i did this i saw only "icc_profile" word instead adobe or cs6. And i wanna know what is this icc_profile means.

Maybe you can help me with this. she cought my photoshopped photos and i want to do the same to her

There are several ways to check.

If your using a Mac, one way I have used is to use Preview.
Here is the original photo's info displayed in the inspector found under tools.
