Specific Need images combing for new tattoo!

Hi guys,
I'm working on the second part of my Ancient Egypt sleeve and my next tattoo is Queen Nefertiti. I've crawled the internet for days trying to find the perfect image but there's always a part of it that I don't like or want changing. So, i've grouped up a few images and want parts of each image merging into one image which i tried to do myself but failed at miserably.



So, this is the base image. Firstly, I'd like her missing eye put back in, and maybe clean up a few scuffs on the crown.



Obviously the crown in the main image is badly damaged and the snake ornament has snapped off sometime in the past 3000 years. So if the snake from this crown can be added onto the main image, that'd be great.



Adding these earrings



And lastly, I'd love or something like this to be added around the neck, just to give more detail to the chest area. If this seems to big a task then just the three main jewels added on would be great.

Thanks in advance guys. I wish i had the skills to pull this off myself but considering this is potentially being inked onto my skin for the rest of my life I thought i'd turn to the professionals.

If there's anything I haven't covered or if you need original images please ask.

Oh, and this is going to be a black and grey tattoo so colour isn't a problem.

The base image you provided is about 300 X 500. This is very small for any work to be done on it. If you are expecting a half decent looking final image, please look for a better quality image.
Also the necklace you provided does not show the shoulder portion, which is the requirement on the base image. Reconstructing or making up such a detailed image could look fake.

Just my thoughts. Let me know what you think.

Damn! I love that image, but its the biggest I can find.

Alright then, I've found two others which are better quality, I like the one with the black background the most but would be happy with either.

So far...
...I started with an image that has a much larger resolution,
...scratches on the crown are fixed,
...some scratches on the face are fixed,
...Right eye is fixed,
...snake is fixed with shadowing.
Let us know your feedback before I proceed further.
Still...
...necklace needs fixing,
...gold plate at the base of the crown needs colouring.

This image is Work-In-Progress. The following work remains:
The ears have to be matched with the clay skin texture,
gold plate at the base of the crown needs colouring,
general lighting and shadows,
overall cleanup.

Let us know your thoughts so I can be assured I am working towards your expectation.

Also, any good Tattoo artist worth his/her salt will disregard this image and work up one of their own.

Wow, This is exactly what I wanted! I honestly can't thank you enough for taking the time to do this.

@IamSam is right though. I'm crap at explaining exactly what I want when it comes to art so this image is something I can hand over and say "That's exactly what I want". Then my artist can tweak bits or conjure up something of their own. Either way, it gets my idea on the table!

If you want to carry on working on this I'd be more than happy to see the final product but i'm perfectly happy with this image and wouldn't want you wasting any more of your time on it.

The image would look better if the gem studded band on the crown is worked on, but I will leave it at that. Accordingly, this is the final image, and the next one is the same without the BG. It is surprising to see that there is no reconstructed image of Queen Nefretiti on the internet with ears.
