need picture photoshopped!! Final Picture is RISKE

i know this is odd, but i have a picture of my wife in a bathing suit. I need it photoshopped with the bathing suit top gone. But, its got to look REALLY real. I don't know how easy this is and if any body would do it, but its for her 30th birthday. (yea, weird i know) plese let me know if anyone can help.
