Hey everybody.
I am not a total newbie with photoshop, but I can not figure out how to do this.
I have a client who wants the effect in the image attached. Ignore the stuff inside of the main logo, but if you look behind the "wings", it looks like rays coming out of it. She wants that exact color and a style similar to it.
Any idea how to get this effect? Also, if I am not clear enough about what I need, please let me know.
