Specific Need to make a big poster!

So guys I need to make a poster to put over my bed.. After a long discussion with my gf she concluded that we should put that image from our trip to the mountain Taygetos of southern Greece. Please please please help to make it big enough to fit in a fairly large frame! If you would improve a bit the colors or clear the spot I see in it, I 'd welcome it! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
