New to Photoshop - Having an issue computerizing logos

Try this for the color specs:

Border (Red): R=122, G=10, B=15

Background (Blue): R=3, G=0, B=70

Eagle's Shield (Red): R=215, G=17, B=27
Eagle's Shield (Blue): R=4, G=23, B=198

The gold that you have looks great, so we can leave that.

Here's my sad attempt at the duck. I used MS Paint, because it's designed for simpletons such as myself :naughty:

OK.... before Sunday's over, it's done. Gotta a deadline to meet on my project as well. But I'm almost done with it.

Kinda slow, actually. It's my project slowing me down. A few changes the client asked - got to finish that in time for submission this afternoon.

But I'll get your logo done , bear with me. Do you have a Monday deadline?

Here's how the logo's doing... Your colors are in, Eagle and text in the shield to go.... Having trouble looking for a matching font . May have to improvise.

It's coming along great! When you get a chance, can you try plugging in R=2, G=0, B=47 for the background blue? That should be a much closer match to the original patch. I was alittle off on the first one.

Here's your "computerized" logo.

Just one thing - I find the eagle shield too high and small . Shall we center it in the Main field , maybe make it bigger?

Just wanted to give everyone an update as I've been communicating with dv8_fx through PM's. The logo came out fantastic, even better than the original patch. dv8_fx did a phenomenal job doing this and took alot of time out of his personal schedule to assist a total stranger and I can't explain how grateful I am. Thank you to everyone for their help in this thread, especially dv8_fx!
